The RIAA have once again smoked too much crack!

Let this be a notice to all that fear the RIAA... they dont actually ever have evidence of what they claim.. deny everything and hope for the best

yea this is true.. but to be honest most of their sibling organisations in other countries are the same.. they're all trigger happy and often accuse without proper evidence!!
