You will need to restart stunnel each time your restart your computer, and without it running in the background you will not be able to connect to the hub. The above message is almost always caused by the lack of stunnel. When stunnel is running it should put an icon in your system tray (next to the clock). If you still can't connect then ask on the [http://www.twofo.co.uk/forum forums].
