Downloading Torrents?

Is it possible to download torrents while on campus? My torrent applications are all failing to download the files I've got.

ITS block it I'm afraid, and have in previous years gone after people for torrenting on campus. Rapidshare/similar is perhaps your best bet beyond twofo.
