Hi

Is it possible to game across the network, I know they've blocked external ports but are any games playable across the local network.

i dont think that they have blocked ports for playing online games

Network games run absolutely fine between computers on the same subnet. It also helps if your in the same workgroup or it gets laggy.

Do games still run nicely on the resnet... otherwise u could join CompSoc and go to their gaming sessions.. I've been once.. it was quite fun.. then again.. I'm not a massive gamer myself.. not that I dont enjoy gaming
