I have contacted ITS here numerous times over the last few days and have yet to hear anything back...
It boggles my mind that the lame excuses given by ITS are responsible for the outrageous performance. Even if it is true why not reveal more about the problems? If it is a 'virus' then lets have its name. If its a switch or router thats giving us the problems say so - the current 'newsflash' is so useless it may as well not be there.
